Your door code will expire 20 minutes after the time of checkout. A late checkout fee of $100 will be imposed for guests leaving after our grace period.

• Bedding and Towels: Leave as-is. Do NOT wash
• Dirty Dishes: Please put any last-minute dishes in the dishwasher and run.
• Trash: Please put trash in the BLUE bin by the road. Ensure Blue bin is near mailbox.
• Outdoor Items: please return kayaks to their racks. Life Jackets and Chairs where you found them.
• grill: Empty ashes into black bucket. Dump behind shed.
• Furniture: Replace any furniture that was rearranged
• Power Off: Please turn off all lights
• Lock All Doors: to lock the carport door, simply hit the “lock” icon
